1 mango, peeled, diced, stone removed (keep refrigerated prior to using)
2 cups fresh kale – 2 large leaves, stem removed, leaves torn and washed
1/2 lime, juice only
1 kiwifruit, peeled and diced
1 cup cold coconut milk
INSTRUCTIONS: Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Process all ingredients until smooth and well incorporated. Add a little extra water if too thick.
