    My Personal Journey with Exercise and Well-Being

    Although I have achieved several goals, I am very familiar with the challenges that are prevalent in maintaining a healthy lifestyle through diet and exercise. I decided to become a personal trainer in 2011 at the age of 41 because I knew that if I positioned myself to help others, I’d be helping myself too! So, suffice it to say that I am extremely passionate about being the best version of myself, but this journey is so much more rewarding when I can share the ride with others. Certification My name is Anita Mann Linville. I am a certified personal trainer (coach) and nutritionist, having received both diplomas from the National Personal Training Institute in Vienna Va. I’ve earned a Bachelor of Science graduating Cum Laude in the field of interdisciplinary studies from Norfolk State University. I am a current member and competitive figure athlete of the National Physique Committee which is the largest amateur bodybuilding organization in the United States. Also, I am certified in both CPR and AED.
