    Each person is different and requires a highly-individualized diet to look and perform at their highest level. With Integrative Nutrition Coaching you’ll learn which foods are ideal for your body’s biochemical needs as well as the proper fuel mixture of these foods that will get you to your health and fitness goals most effectively. In a personalized approach to eating, we will assess your lifestyle, genetic make-up, and both your internal and external environments, and then create an individualized plan that restores and maintains your optimal health. We incorporate Holistic and Functional Nutrition into all of our programs with the help of our certified nutritionists.


    Getting Started

    Step 1: Take the integrative nutrition assessment and schedule your initial consultation: Our program is based on the premise that no one diet is right for every person. With this first step, you will discover the foods (and ratios of foods) that work best with your body, allowing us to create a customized nutrition program that is tailored to your unique needs. The assessment will take about 5-10 minutes to complete and the assessment is done via video chat and takes about 30-45 minutes.

    Step 2: Fill out the 3-Day Diet and Sleep Journal:  After your consultation we will ask you to complete a 3 day diet and sleep journal. This will give us a glimpse into your hydration, the quality and quantities of food you currently eat, the timing of your meals, your sugar intake, the timing of your sleep cycle, and any food irritants you might consume.

    Step 3: Schedule your first session: During your first session you’ll receive your Integrative Nutrition Plan. Complete with the following:

    • Diet and Sleep Journal analysis,
    • Personalized diet plan and shopping guide
    • Recommended Macro and Micro nutrient ratios
    • Personal Design Support Program
    • Natural supplement recommendations
    • Techniques for staying hydrated
