Greek yogurt reduces inflammation and redness, while avocado and banana provide natural moisture.

Directions: Purée banana and avocado, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Apply mask and leave on for up to 20 minutes. Rinse well.


1/4 banana, mashed

1 teaspoon mashed avocado

1 teaspoon Organic Greek Yogurt Plain

1/8 teaspoon brewer’s yeast

1/8 teaspoon coconut milk
