This  apple spinach protein smoothie packs about 33 grams of protein. This recipe calls for vegan protein powder. Two of my favorites are Doterra Slim and Sassy Vegan protein, which has chocolate and vanilla flavors, and Isogenix.  This recipe goes best with vanilla flavored powder.

Use as much spinach as you want. You can’t add too much, since it won’t do much to alter flavor. You will get tons of fiber, and a boatload of nutrients and vitamins like potassium and vitamins A and K.

  1. Add all the ingredients except spinach to a blender and process until smooth. Add spinach in batches, blending a handful at a time until it is all incorporated.
