    Take nice long deep inhales.  Practice slowing down your breathing and taking full inhales and exhales.  This helps to spread the oxygen through your body, calms you down, exudes confidence and, of course, helps to raise your vibration.

     

    Forgiveness

    True forgiveness occurs only when a person is ready to process through his/her emotions and feelings and willing to leave the negative energy behind. Forgiveness is one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself. No matter how horrible, traumatic, or bad others have been to you, consider forgiving them to protect yourself from potential anguish. This will enhance your energy and help you forget about painful thoughts. Learn to forgive yourself for your mistakes as it will prepare you to forgive others.

     

    Affirmations

    If you have a negative mindset, your aura will begin to dwindle, and your outer reality will start to reflect your inner state. When you flood your mind with positive thoughts and images, your aura will become stronger and and you will probably start to attract uplifting things and people.
